To request a refund you can use our order cancellation process. 

You have 21 (twenty-one) days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods to return the goods and request a refund.   

Currently, we can only deliver to addresses on the UK mainland.  

We provide standard shipping and charge a flat rate of £5.50 per order. 

We will aim for dispatch within 2 business days of order confirmation when we have items in stock, and in any event we always aim to ensure arrival of delivery with you within 10 business days of order confirmation.
